One WhatsApp bot, many businesses

My own multi-tenant SaaS: each business plugs in its WhatsApp number and gets automated customer service. Back end in Node.js and NestJS on a hexagonal architecture, with Redis holding each conversation’s context.

// pick a message on the left to send it through the system

A working sketch of the flow with two sample businesses. The replies here are scripted; the real bot builds them from each tenant’s own data.

Multi-tenant from day one

Every business gets its own config, number and conversation space, resolved on each incoming message.

Ports and adapters

WhatsApp, Redis and the AI model sit behind ports, so any of them can be swapped without touching the domain.

Shipped by a pipeline

Docker images built and deployed by GitHub Actions on every merge, for releases nobody has to babysit.

Settling in on the Gold Coast

The Gold Coast at dusk, towers lit along the Nerang River

I’ve spent six years across front end, back end and process automation. I’m happy picking up new tools and fitting a small team’s needs, from websites and internal tools to automating manual work and general IT support.

I recently moved to the Gold Coast / Brisbane area. I’m building local experience and keep working on my English, while bringing six years of hands-on technical work with me.
